Beginer Instructions windows:

Press windows key

type "powershell"


press enter


cd Desktop

or wherever you want your files

create a folder

by saying

mkdir Homeroom2199


and go into it
cd Homeroom2199

open it in sublime by 
openning sublime

then press file
in upper left corner


click open folder

then navigate to folder

probably on desktop


in sublime create files


including 


index.html
like this

then
put it on github


run in terminal

git init
go to github

make a repo


then copy origin
by pressing copy to clipboard

then run

git remote add origin https://github.com/tara1232/Homeroom2199.git

git commit -m "message"

git push origin master

enter credentials


go to github

go to settings

go to options

go down to github pages

change Source setting to main branch

save
